Your word matters. Give it a record.

Sigil turns spoken business terms into a clear, reviewable agreement before anyone walks away.

Handshake deals fail at the point of proof.

Informal agreements collapse into conflicting memories about price, scope, delivery, and payment. Sigil makes the shared understanding visible while both parties are present.

From conversation to common ground.

The system structures the conversation. People decide what becomes the agreement.

01

Speak

Both participants receive a clear notice and affirm consent before recording.

02

Clarify

Local extraction identifies parties, scope, payment, dates, obligations, and gaps.

03

Review

Both parties inspect and correct the structured terms together.

04

Sign

Each party confirms through a supported method appropriate to local law.

05

Preserve

Timestamp, version history, audit trail, and hash help detect later changes.

FAQ

Clear answers.

Is a verbal agreement binding?

Sometimes. It depends on applicable law, transaction, capacity, consent, required formalities, execution, and jurisdiction.

Can Sigil guarantee enforcement?

No. No software can guarantee enforceability, admissibility, or acceptance by a court.

Does Sigil replace a lawyer?

No. Use qualified local counsel for high-value, regulated, unusual, or jurisdiction-sensitive matters.

Is recording consent required?

Yes. Local rules differ, so users must comply with law where each participant is located.

What if the AI misunderstands?

Both parties inspect and correct every term before approval. The AI drafts; people decide.

How does country detection work?

A minimal IP lookup is attempted, followed by browser language. Detection is approximate and always manually overridable.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern Sigil’s website, beta, applications, and services. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

Documentation, not legal advice

Sigil assists with consent, term extraction, drafts, review, approval, and records. Outputs are not guaranteed enforceable, admissible, complete, or suitable for every transaction.

Recording and consent

You must provide notice, obtain every consent required by applicable law, and stop when consent is withdrawn. Covert surveillance is prohibited.

User review and formalities

Users must review every term. Sigil does not bypass writing, signatures, witnesses, notarization, stamping, registration, filing, or professional-advice requirements.

Privacy and processing

Supported devices process audio locally by design. Optional export, backup, messaging, or integrations may transmit data at your direction.

Beta, fees, and taxes

Beta features may change. Final paid pricing and billing terms will appear before purchase. Localized prices here are estimates.

Records and hashes

Hashes may indicate later content changes, but do not prove truth, identity, valid consent, legal capacity, or enforceability.

Governing terms

Mandatory local law and non-waivable consumer rights apply. Final governing-law and dispute terms will appear before paid activation.
